Jennifer Adams

Following years of requests from residents and peers for management referrals—only to find limited options she could recommend with confidence—Jennifer Adams recognized the need for a more personalized and responsive approach to estate and property care.
With over sixteen years of experience overseeing many of Palm Beach’s most distinguished residences, she founded
Adams & Co. Estate Management to deliver the discretion, professionalism, and high standards of service that discerning homeowners expect.
Bio
For nearly a decade, Ms. Adams served as Assistant Manager at Two North Breakers Row, situated on the iconic Breakers resort property. Widely regarded as one of Palm Beach’s most prestigious addresses, the residence is known for its white-glove service. Working in close collaboration with the Facilities and Security teams, she was the primary on-site point of contact for residents and vendors—coordinating daily services, overseeing access, and managing restoration and vendor activity with diplomacy and discretion.
The foundation of her property management career was built at FirstService Residential, North America’s largest residential property manager—responsible for more than 8,000 communities and 1.5 million residential units. Six years in that corporate environment instilled the operational rigor that continues to define Ms. Adams’s work today.
Formal training provides clients with an uncommon advantage. She holds a BFA in Interior Design and completed executive education in Interior Architecture at Harvard’s Graduate School of Design, studying under the late architect and designer Massimo Vignelli. Additional coursework in building construction added practical and technical depth to this design foundation.
This blend of design expertise and structural knowledge informs a thoughtful approach to estate care—guided by the principle that properties are managed not only for function and utility, but also for enduring beauty, value, and livability.
A Midwesterner at heart, Ms. Adams relocated from Chicago full time to Palm Beach Island in 1995. She credits her thoroughness, tact, and ethical approach to business to her Midwestern upbringing. Licensed as both a Florida Community Association Manager and REALTOR®, she carries forward a record of discretion, trust, and high standards of service—hallmarks of her client relationships.
